BODY SPA + MEDI ESTHETICS

This full-time, one-year program offers the most advanced body spa and esthetics curriculum out there. Students will master all elements of the spa experience. From nails and lymphatic drainage massage to facials and microneedling, members of this cohort will be professionally trained and highly-practised in helping others look and feel their best. This medi-spa component of this program is truly hands-on—giving students the confidence they need to show up as successful skin therapists.

This program has been approved by the Private Training Institutions Regulatory Unit (PTIRU) of the Ministry of Post-Secondary Education and Future Skills.

Program length: 1 year (includes 4 weeks breaks and stat holidays)
900 hours/45 weeks in-class education
Class size: 16 students per cohort

Graduates of JCI’s Body Spa and Medi Esthetics Program go on to employment in a variety of roles.

Alyssa Vitug attended JCI Institute in 2020 and was hooked by the first module in the Esthetics Program which was on nails.

As she got further and further into the program and learned everything from lash lifts, waxing, microdermabrasion, and other clinical facials, her passion grew for the spa industry. After graduating from the program, Alyssa is now working as an Esthetician at Michaud’s Salon Spa where she is providing a wide range of services, including facials, micro-needling, IPL, lash lifts, and more.

JCI Body Spa Esthetics Graduate Reagan O’Dea has opened her business, Brick & Mortar Beauty Co. in Kenora, Ontario.

Since graduating from our Body Spa and Esthetics Program, she has been a JCI Instructor and a Self-Employed Esthetician. We’re incredibly proud of all her accomplishments so far and we wanted to start the year featuring her and her amazing success of having opened up her own salon in her home town!
